Definition of Original Print
All the work shown here are Original Prints which can be defined as:
An artwork conceived to be created using one or more of the printmaking processes and printed by the artist (or under their supervision). They will be signed, numbered and in a limited edition (unless a one off).
I think it’s important to realise the difference between a handmade print and say, a giclee or photomechanical reproduction. One is Art made by an Artist, the other isn’t.
